Wipro , a publicly traded firm recently announced that the son of it’s founder Azim Premji is going to take the role of the Chief Strategy Officer reporting directly to the co-CEO of the firm. Looks like a succession plan for new leadership and keeping the business in the family . Wipro has seen a number of changes and departures in it’s senior leadership and looks like more changes are coming. The 33 year son of Azim Premji , Rishad will work for the Wipro Infotech group, the largest and most profitable business of Wipro.
