Infosys BPO sees faster growth for this fiscal year

The article (LINK) talks about how business is coming back to usual with stronger growth rate, higher attrition rates in BPO firms including Infosys. Infosys BPO which has seen some senior level management departure in the past year is looking for a stronger growth and as per the article plans to hire additional 8,000 people.
Some facts about Infosys BPO:
Employee Strength: 16,400 FTE ( Plans to add additional 8,000 this year)
CEO: D. Swaminathan
Revenues (2010): $352 million
Margins: 22% ( expected to be between 20-22% for next year due to higher wages and competitive pricing).
Revenue Growth: 15-20% expected ( last year it grew 11%)
Like it’s competitors Infosys still has work to do to integrate their IT,BPO offerings and create a non-linear model for growth outside of headcount addition. BPO’s will continue to be lower margin business( relative to IT) and with higher attrition rates.
