TCS implements Bancs product at National Bank of Kuwait

National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) has gone live with TCS’ core banking system, Bancs. This has been a flagship project for TCS in the region, says Ashu Tandon, regional head of Middle East and Africa, TCS Financial Solutions. NBK is among the largest players in the Middle East and all eyes were on this venture, from both existing customers and prospective ones, he explains. On day one alone, Bancs supported over one million transactions, he claims. The volumes remain on this level.
