IBM gets childcare facilities for India – finding ways to manage attrition

IBM and all other outsourcing vendors, continues to look at ways to hold on to employees as the employment market opens up in India.
IBM has launched a childcare centre for its employees in Pune, in collaboration with ‘Your Kids R Our Kids’, a pre-school and daycare solutions provider.
The centre, supported by IBM, will integrate ‘Your Kids R Our Kids’ domain expertise to make high-quality early learning programs available to the youngest learners, who are instinctively drawn to technology as a source of education and fun.
