Good to be a Cognizant employee this year – upto 200% bonus

EconomicTimes reported that Cognizant employees can expect upto 200% as their bonus for last year. Well let the good times roll for the employees.
The challenge still remains for smaller and mid size firms who have seen no pay increases and a more competitive marketplace and dont have the resources to compete with the larger firms when it comes to stability or pay raises.
This should though not trigger a mass expectation within the industry that the good times are back.
