Cognizant recently announced a deal to provide R&D support to Invensys Rail, a technology services firms for process automation.  Cognizant has earlier this year announced a five year deal to provide IT services to Invensys Operation Management group and take over around 400 employees of Invensys.  In this recent deal announcement which looks an extension of the relationship Cognizant has with Invensys, Cognizant will take over 120 professionals in Hyderabad who are currently Invensys Rail employees in India.
