Is procurement outsourcing ready to take off. A number of industry pundits for years having been talking about this market taking off but like some of the other specialized markets ( Legal Processing Outsourcing e.g.), this has been a slow gradual ramp up. You will find competing views in the marketplace on how real the growth is but as a percentage of total outsourcing, this still remains small and is typically bundled in with larger deals firms are doing across companies.
