Infosys KPO Head leaves the firm

Joydeep Mukherjee, head of Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) puts in his papers too. This is after recent resignation of the CEO of Infosys BPO leaving the firm. Looks like Infosys BPO will have to get a complete management re structure with a # of top BPO leadership leaving the firm.

A number of the BPO leaders in Infosys have all come from the outside and are not the ‘homegrown’ Infosys leadership.  Infosys has been working to integrate their BPO offerings with their IT offerings vs just having two separate windows for BPO, IT under the same banner.
