A case study of how Britain’s Royal Mail reduced cost savings by reducing the services they need from their outsourcing providers. Royal Mail outsources to CSC, BT and Steria to manage their data centers, infrastructure, voice network and business applications.

This is going beyond the traditional contract re negotiation and doing an operational services review to find out what services are required and what SLA’s, services could be changed / reduced without affecting the end customer.
