Wipro’s CEO talks about how they are leveraging Egypt center resources which were under utilized to service domestic clients in India. It could be a good way to leverage under utilized resources but cannot be a long term strategy , specially for client delivery in India for Wipro. Margins for domestic business in India is any way less and higher cost of resources for long term contracts may be more an exception rather than example of a global delivery model in Wipro.
