Is stabilization returning to the IT/ITES markets ?

Recent comments by Industry players seems to indicate that the marketplace is getting more stable relative to where it was six months ago for BPO and outsourcing related work.
TCS sees stability in BFSI markets
The market is far from being out of the economic doldrums but overall stabilization seems to be slowly coming back in. We see that with a number of our clients, where their is a trickle of dollars getting to flow for outsourcing initiatives and the decision making is actually doing what it is supposed to do , make decisions. It also seems more an acceptance of clients that the market conditions are not going to improve anytime soon and business as usual has to continue.
