Origin Energy Ltd., Australia’s second-biggest energy retailer, said it will move back-office billing functions to Wipro Ltd., outsourcing 400 jobs, including 270 employees that will transfer to Wipro.
Sydney-based Origin announced the plan to move the work to India’s third-largest provider of software services during a conference call on its first-half earnings today.
