Poor payhike is inevitable i guess! What's really left a bad taste is the way the whole issue has been managed. Aug 15 which was given as a date for the release of annual appraisals is over and yet there has been no communication on when to expect the appraisals. The general feeling is Satyam is clearly taking advantage of market conditions. Exploitation is rather a better word to describe this behaviour. No one cares to respond what ever be the case.
