Hewitt logs in to Noida

Expanding its India presence, HR consulting and outsourcing firm Hewitt Associates has opened a new 1,000-seat centre in Noida which will cater largely to international clients while also servicing domestic clients. Hewitt employs 6,000 people in the outsourcing services team in India, about 1,500 of them handling technology. “We are only looking at India for our back-office work and the new centre shows our commitment to the India market. We are focussed on the domestic market,” said Hewitt HR outsourcing president Jay Rising.
