A study by SVB financial Services group believes that the rising wages for senior executives and lack of availability of middle management in India could be a threat to the growth in the IT R&D industry in India. (ARTICLE)

The study concludes that lack of senior talent development in India is a key reason for the inability to develop successful products in India.

The survey was done with Zinnov a consulting firm based in bangalore with 31 product development firms. The survey also concluded that Bangalore is the number one destination of choice when it comes to product development.
